Best LGS or Kitchen Table FFL

Anyone have a decent and affordable 01 FFL that happily does transfers in the Sacramento area?

Specifically for items like Internet purchases, auction wins, etc...

I am thinking about ordering a complete lower for a dedicated .22 LR AR project. If there is an FFL in Elk Grove or Rancho Cordova it would be ideal.
