I feel like a kid again...

So I owned about 20+ 22lr rifles in various configuration new and old. Lever action, bolt and auto. Then i decided to thin the herd and sold all most all of them. I started having withdraws so decided to buy another lever action. Mainly becuase i love to shoot them, but also so the kiddos would have something to shoot too. I picked up a Henry 22lr Youth Carbine. If you dont have one of these GET ONE! the gun is a blast to shoot. I like it better then my old Marlin 39A. smooth as silk and accurate as hell. I highly recommend it! For the price it cant be beat. Makes me wish i would have bought one sooner.

That is a nice gun, congratulations.

Now, my question, without any other outside influence, one day you woke up and siad, "I have to many guns, I need to get rid of them"?

I've seen many threads where people say they are cleaning out their safe, gun room is to full, selling collection because I want something else. Seldom do I hear, I was broke and needed money so I sold my guns.

I guess, for me anyway, selling guns off the cuff just doesn't make sense.

Nothing wrong with .22's at all, I've been looking at those also just because they can take short's.

First off I'm not a collector. If I can't shoot it I won't buy it. Second I like variation but don't see much point in keeping guns that I don't shoot. So I sell or trade for something I will shoot. I have probably owned 100 plus guns at different time in my life. There's nothing wrong with selling guns, especially if there is something else you want more. I sold most of those 22s to fund other projects. I never have regrets, just fun!

Very nice OP. I picked up a Henry H001 large loop not too long ago and I love it.. so much fun, accurate and smooth. I won't say I play with my guns, but John Wayne better look out!

To me selling my guns would be like selling my children. Although, sometimes, selling my children sounds tempting

They're not liberals, they're leftists. Please don't use the former for the latter. Liberals are Locke, Jefferson, Burke, Hayek. Leftists are progressives, Prussian state-socialists, fascists. Liberals stand against the state and unequivocally support liberty. Leftists support state tyranny.

What round do these guns shoot? 22LR, 22short, 17WMR ? All of the above?

That one will take .22 short, long, and long rifle. Holds somewhere between 15-17 rds depending on what your using.
They also make .17 and .22mag versions if I'm not mistaken. If you've never shot one, you should, you'd be amazed at how buttery smooth the action cycles brand new out of the box.

I bought my brother one for Christmas two years ago. It is one of the most fun guns I have shot, kinda wished I had bought me one too. Nice purchase OP!

Damn, been trying to find this too, but no luck in Los Angeles. Definitely something I wouldn't sell, rather pass it along to my children.
