Yes I want one. But knowing Kel-Tec they won't be available to the regular person. Might have to pin the stock for min OAL tho.

In order to be CA legal...
The extending stock will need to be pinned in place, so that the overall length is 26" or greater.
With the stock collapsed the overall length is around 22", which makes it a SBR under CA laws.

In addition, you will need to permanently modify the standard capacity magazines to 10 rounds because no one makes a 10 round PMR30/RMR30 magazine.

Attach a 4 inch can to the front and you should be okay.

I don't think you need to block the mags. They're rimfire, so they shouldn't be covered by the AWB.

Kel-Tec stated that they had no intention of trying to qualify the pistol version for California, so I doubt the rifle will make it here any time soon.

Forgot it had a threaded barrel.
So, attaching a muzzle device to increase it's overall length is a better alternative to pinning the stock.

Rimfire detachable magazines are not exempt from CA's large capacity magazine laws.
