    Jailed my First Rimfire :)

I've been reading around these forums a bit trying to find the best rimfire rifle and pistol. I already have some conversion kits, but want a dedicated one.

I really wanted a CZ 455, but couldnt find one in LGS San Jose area, so I settled for a new Ruger Mark III Competition stainless. I am happy with that because then I won't have to worry about optics and such like a rifle. I have heard they are a beast to disassemble, but we will climb that hurdle when we get there.

            Congrats.

As I've owned firearms. I gravitate towards rim fires more and more.

They're so fun and cheap to shoot.

The Marks are great pistols. I have 3 Mark IIIs and they will shoot anything. I'm sure that you will love yours!

Great choice! Love my Ruger MKIII 22/45. Extremely accurate, reliable, eats anything I feed her. They are super fun, I want another model but in Stainless Steel.

Breakdown will get real easy over time/once broken in. Those who complain about the difficulty of field-striping are pansies and obviously are not mechanically incline. =P

Here is my shooter. I've taken off the rail, no need for it. Dawson Fiber Optic Sights is where it's at.
