In stock configuration, no.

Centerfire, semiautomatic, detachable mag with a thumbhole stock = AW.

IIRC, there is a bullet button made for it. It is also shorter than 30" OAL, so you will need a stock spacer to bring it out to proper length.

I vaguely recall seeing a panel made to block the thumbhole stock that would allow you to go featureless with detachable mags.

No, it is not. Not in stock configuration.

They are legal as long as you have the extending butt to 30", the 10r mag and a bullet button, I have one and so does a few of my friends..
