Many of the guns that would be affected could be modified to comply. that would be my first course of action and if it wasn't possible I'd probably just sell them.

Disassemble 10 round mags and buy 5 round mags for 10/22.

Take out gas tube, add standard mag release and build up a side charge upper for "modern sporting rifle".

The funny thing is my "go to" rifle for what do I shoot best is my K31, 5 shot mag, quick reload with stripper clips and straight pull bolt.

Show up at the range and practice my rapid fire as often as possible with 10 round mags and direct pull bolt.

I'm pushing for 1/4 Miculek speed on my 6 shot 45 acp revolver so I can shoot 60 rpm

doesn't matter. semi-auto with detachable mags. period. unless you block and permanently affix the mag but then how are you going to load it. and the marlin 60, you'd have to cut the tube.

blow back actions, unless some gunsmith would know how to, can't be rendered non-semi. gas operated autos can have a gas port block sealed as the bolt locks into the breech. but there's no bolt lugs on a 10/22 that lock it into the barrel. you'd need to do major mods to the internals of the 10/22 to make it a "bolt" 22.
