Which rings for my 10/22?

I have a 10/22 with a EGW 0 MOA rail installed and I just ordered a Nikon prostaff 3-9x40 rimfire scope. Now all I need to order is the rings. I'm looking for a set of quick detach rings that will get me lowest possible set up. I will also be installing butler creek flip up dust covers. Any suggestions?
