Targetmaster 22lr excellent customer service

I bought a targetmaster 22lr conversion kit for my ar's from www.tacticalindustries.co. It worked well with my Palmetto State upper but having issues with my stag upper. I contacted customer support and got a quick response from Mr. Edward Vance. Although the issue has yet been resolved, I would like to tell everyone how great his customer service is. He asked me to call him and he gave me some ideas to resolve the issue. He told me he will send me a longer firing pin (free of charge) to maybe take care of the issue.

I'm telling this so everyone knows that there is an American company out there with superb customer service who will try to go above and beyond.

I will post everyone of the result.
