The extractor alone made it worth it, but you also get the plug and a high quality heat treated firing pin...

The problem with most .22 AR firing pins is they are too wide and in some cases, the bolt face is cut too deep.
The TACCOM has a narrower, angled firing pin that is slightly longer. Comes with shims if needed.
The pressure plug keeps the action from moving back and forth under recoil. That can cause light strikes by absorbing the energy from the hammer strike.
The Extreme extractor has a more aggressive angle on it for better, more consistent extraction.
I can put every live round I eject in a coffee can 4 feet away.

Worth the small cost.

Thanks guys, just ordered my Taccom kit. I have a CMMG dedicated upper and I have to use mini-mags exclusively, but still have issues now and then.

Just ordered the kit....and just to be safe I think I am going to stick with the CCI. Seems to be best suited for my particular application. I thank you all again for the knowledge and will update when I get the install done and tested.

That's awesome. I polished my feed ramp, oiled everything up. It really doesnt like M-22. Hopefully with the Taccom kit I can go nuts.

BTW, I have the CMMG BHO kit, but I'm waiting to try with some EVO mags. Do you have the BHO in yours?

Have you considered contacting CMMG? The only thing I did with my upper was swap the charging handle for a BCM and lubed. I cleaned it once after the first time I shot it, about 400 rounds or so, and I haven't cleaned it in another 1k rounds.

Also, I'm running one of those cheap polymer lowers, with a PSA MOE lower parts kit. Nothing special at all.
