    CCI 22 long in a ruger 10/22?

    I know they are low velocity and won't cycle the action, and other issues? The reason I ask is cause DGM has a bunch instock.

              I have shot long and shorts out of my 10-22...You are right it will not cycle the action...It is loke shooting BBcaps out of the 10-22

                  the only issue besides not cycling is you will get a carbon ring build up that might make 22lr stick. Just clean it before you go back to lr. I have used shorts and ended up with a "sticky" chamber, then I realized I just had to clean it out a bit.
