High capacity mag question?

I have a 30 rd. Ram-Line magazine for my Ruger 10/22 from 1988. When hi-cap mags became illegal in 2000, people that previously owned them could keep them (grandfathered).

Since I'm not the best at keeping up with State politics, and all the proposed changes being discussed, I'm wondering if me owning this mag is illegal?

Can someone enlighten me? I don't need to be chalking up a felony, because of ignorance.

Only legal if parts are interchangeable.

Yes, it is currently legal for you to own.

As an aside, I believe the only ones they can prove are NOT pre-ban are the steel lipped ones since that model came out post-ban.

I know someone will correct me if I am wrong but AFAIK the only high-cap 10/22 mag that comes apart is the new (and obviously WAY post-ban) Ruger BX25s. All the rest are glued together from what I have seen.
