The stock looks like the one on the Tikka T3 Sporter. Quads are a pita to find since Berretta has stopped importing and distributing them for all intents.

Eurooptic is the only place that has them in stock on a semi-consistent basis.

I've got the Sako Quad synthetic, but that new Range looks awesome!

I wonder if they'll offer the stock as an upgrade???

I can't comment on how my Quad shoots, since I haven't taken it out of the case yet. I really need to drag it out to the range!

What was REALLY hard to find was the special Burris Quad scope that they made for the Quad rifle. I finally tracked one down at a gun shop in England! http://www.morgansgunroom.com/index.html

You set each of the colored turrets for zero for the 4 different barrels...and the turret color matches the barrel color, of course. Neat accessory for the Quad rifle.

Hahaha!!! I know the feeling!

I found my BNIB Sako Quad Combo (action, all four barrels, fitted case, accessories) at a place called Mace Sports in North Carolina. http://www.macesports.com/

He apparently had ordered a pallet of them when they were still being imported, and he was running low when I got the 'Quad Bug'...this was in November, 2011 so we're talking a year & four months ago.

But who knows? Maybe he's got a line on the Quad Range now...the owner was a super guy to deal with. It was the quickest gun buy I've ever made, we did it over the phone in about 10 minutes. He had it shipped out to my LGS (RifleGear at the time) the same day.

The Quad is a beautifully made gun...just what you'd expect a Sako rimfire to be like.

- Trivia question: How do you pronounce "Sako"?

- Trivia answer: It's pronounced "sack-o". "Sack" like 'lunch sack' and "o" like 'Oh well'...now you can be cool and hip when hanging out with the European gun crowd.
