Marlin 80 rear peep sight scope mount

Hey Guys, I just got back from a four letter city and brought back some new things. one of them was a old 1950's ish marlin 80 bolt action 22lr. it has a polished bolt handle and pretty clean stock. A friend of mine has the same rifle but in 22 mag, I was thinking of putting a scope on it but there is no mounts on top. this rifle did have the optional peep sights on the rear. does anyone know if they make a scope mount that attaches to those screws back there. or am i going to have to add threads?

My Marlin Model 81-DL has the peep site, and I'm pretty sure I saw some scope mounts that that attach there on the side. Don't remember who made them, but I'm pretty sure they exist.
