    Had fun today rediscovering rimfire!

I bought a practically brand new (10 rounds fired) 10/22 last summer and threw it in the safe where it's sat since. Finally decided to put it to use and start clearing out some of the .22 ammo I've been hoarding for years lol. I actually finished off the last box of a brick I bought 20 years ago
Anyway I wanted to tacticool this one so I ordered a Blackhawk Axiom stock for it which I will get a cammie dura coat job on soon and threw that and a scope on it today and stepped out on my deck and spent about 2 hours having fun killing paper and empty shotgun shells. I'm hooked now and may sell all my centerfire stuff j/k

Anyway me being the newbie I am do you guys have any suggestions for a better trigger? I've seen the Timney for ~$200 Is that the only choice for the 10/22?
    Suggestions welcomed!

I have a Volquartsen target hammer and sear. Big improvement over stock 8lb trigger, but I still want a KIDD.

If you want the best kidd. But while it is better than my 10/22T with a new hammer and shim kit. After trying out the kidd I don't think it is $300 better. Might've done more than the hammer and shim kit but this was a while ago, went off advice from rimfire central .

              $300 better?

I have the single stage @1.5# it was $235 IIRC. Killer trigger!

2 stage has been at $290 for a while. Didn't know he has a single stage now or was it always an option? Not more tempting, when you're already above $200, what's an extra $55?
