Fajen Stock and Barrel combo

Can anyone chime in on the quality and acuracy of Fajen Stock and Barrel combo. A buddy of mine wants to sell it to me, he received it as a gift and has never opened it or taken it out of the package.

I guess it depends on how much your buddy wants for the stock and barrel. I have a 18" fluted A&B barrel that shoots really well. I think I use to have the same stock with a A&B 18" blued barrel. The stock is pretty nice for synthetic. It's been years ago but I only paid about $100 for the stock and blued barrel new on sale. In general, Fajen went to hell when acquired by Midway.

I'd be interested in the origin of the barrel.

I think you could do better unless buddy has a hell of a deal in mind.

He wanted 100.00 for the set, but it seems that the quality of the item is questionable and I could not find a lot of reviews on the item so Ill probably pass unless i can score it for less.

For $100 that is a deal. I would jump on that. Those barrels shoot good. Just do a search on midway on a&b barrels. Mark
