Rimfire ARs... LPK question

CMMG LPK with replaced springs - went with JP spring set

What's a good price on a .22 upper? I have an OLL receiver coming in a couple of weeks and have been debating putting together something I could swap between .223 for me and .22 for my wife, for light plinking (and cost saving ammo... Eventually) I take it the LPK will need to be mil-spec, that's no prob since I'd likely go there for .223 anyway. But it would be cool to have a second AR (to go with my Bushy) that I can swap between the two for a reasonable cost, rather than having to purchase yet another standalone rifle (not that there's anything wrong with that!).

Just wanted to come back in and say thanks to everyone responding and sharing info. Does anyone know of a place that has dedicated 22 uppers in stock by chance?
