Just picked up a case - $322 w/ shipping. If anyone's interested in splitting it with me (I've got a big bed, but you're right 5000 rounds is a lot, plus I've already got about 2000 under there) shoot me a PM. I'm in North OC, btw, so this would have to be FTF and cash to work.

Wow, they had 148 cases when I saw it, and they were gone 15-20 minutes later. Luckily I already have a case on order with the CMP so no worries on .22.

5K rounds really isn't that much for .22. That's pretty much how it comes - that's a standard case. Everybody should have one or two on a shelf somewhere. If nothing else it means if ammo continues to be hard to get you can always fall back on your case of .22.
