10/22 80% Build ?

Anyone build one of these lately ?
I'm about to bite the bullet and order all the goods to build one.
I was hoping to do a Tactical Machining 80% but I called them and they do not have the Jig in stock and they have no idea when they will even start a batch.
Select Fire has everything needed in stock.

I have both a SF .22LR and .22WMR Razor builds. Easy to complete, the barrel hole is the most important. The LR is build and go shoot...WMR is a little pickier but shoots great. My builds are the SST/Butler Creek Folder and the Blued/Hogue Overmold by the pool in the customer builds thread.
