Shot my buddy's Ruger MK III 22/45, loved it so much I had to buy one. They are Fantastic shooters.

Just make sure you have spare magazines as well as a speed loader to save your poor thumbs.

+1 for the loader. In this case, it was saving my poor glove and thumbs.
Have fun with your new MK III

Nice pickup. I' ve never unhappily seen your model for sale in my area. Just Dros'd a MKIII Hunter Saturday. Felt lucky my LGS actually had one in stock. It's gonna be a long week and a half wait.

That's a nice gun..one thing I regret is not getting the sst version or replaceable grips. Now that I've modded it I can't part with it and start over!

Do you have a guide for the grip mod?

What do you guys pay for these, look amazing and I hear accurate. I used to not like.22 because I thought of it as a wussy round but now that I like to target shoot every week they are pretty sweet.

Going from memory so the numbers may be a bit off.
And who knows about in this market, but:

Mk3 22/45 are about 275 a bit more for the one with removable grips
                            Mk3 Standards are about 325
Mk3 Bull Barrels are about 350
The one the OP has is a rarer model and probably 400-450

22LR is an amazing round and a ton of fun.

Our MKIII Target is a family favorite, I we need one or 2 more. I love the fact that it blows through cheep ammo and has since the first round.
