Yes but they are suppose to hold that stuff for you. They charged me a total of $38 with shipping. Last time they were holding onto a reminton brick and I ended up finding some other stuff on their site i wanted to it was so bad. Im going to call them and ask for a partial refund as I have other back orders from them waiting to be filled.

ammo-can stopped being accurate sometime ago for me same as brass badger. The apps only say inventory unavailable. If you use the full site open developer tools and play with a few things it will show if the item is in stock, limited stock, or out of stock. As for an employee stealing or holding and selling to a friend, or many other things.I can't help with that.

I think without a doubt, employee misconduct of some form at wally world is a common occurrence. You have to expect that wally world draws the same type of employee as their typical customer..not exactly the sharpest, most ethical group.

There are two of their stores near me about equal distant. One hasn't had any 22 that I've managed to see in over a year. I've been able to find it about once every 4 or 5 weeks at the other. I understand "random", but in that sample period, I think it unlikely to be completely skunked at the one store without some sort of hanky-panky going on.

If multiple items were BO'ed together they are supposed to hold it for 90 days waiting for more items to arrive but if it was a single item ordered they will ship it right away. They issued me credit for a back order that was shipped without waiting for the other items or 90 days.

I have 5 that I go to with some regularity. There's a huge difference. If I go by any of the available methods of checking inventory online, one almost always has what they say, 3 have a decent chance, and one virtually never does. Unfortunately the "bad" one is the closest one to me. The "good" one is about 10 miles. That one's worth a trip if they have something. All the others I mostly just stop in if I'm headed that way.

As far as Walmart goes, I just roll the dice and show up, if its there, cool, if not I move on and try another day. Tried the apps and websites, none are accurate. There was one guy on here a while back, app said it was in stock, he insisted that a manager go look in the cage for it. Thats a little obsessive to me.
