No problem. I know what you mean. I "think" about putting up the decorations every time Halloween comes around. My wife won't let me put up some of the "Halloween" decorations as a good many of my neighbors do. But by mid November, I start to put them up. They get turned on Thanksgiving night, and each night thereafter until after New Years. Nothing gaudy or too elaborate. Just enough to show the kid is still inside me.

Just noticed that adding one lousy box of 50 Remington sub-sonics at $3.99 added another $2 shipping to my Cabelas order of M22's. It was $8.95 before I added those, now it's $10.95. I didn't really need them, but I thought since I am ordering a brick anyway, I might as well get a box of those. Not the end of the world... Just something to keep in mind...

If I'm not in a hurry I usually add a few boxes of buckshot or other ammo to balance out the shipping. Keep adding 1 box until the shipping price changes.

It would be nice to be able to do that with Midway. One box of anything is $15.77 for shipping for me. On the very rare occasion when I can add four or five other items, the shipping goes to $20. Because of Midway's low ammo prices, it starts to be more feasible. I wonder when we'll be able to pick and choose more than just a few items, that we don't really want anyways?

Well I wish I didn't add those, because I'm not too happy paying an extra $2 just to ship a $3.99 box of 50 rounds. I thought it would add nothing to the shipping cost, as it shouldn't, since it doesn't weigh that much. Not crying over spilled milk though, just wanted to point out that I learned how adding items to a Cabelas cart isn't necessarily going to work in your favor.

For me, I try and add anything I can until the price changes.

I'm have a feeling their system calculates the shipping based on weight so even though that 1 box of 22 is tiny, adding it probably pushed it into the next weight category.
