Ammo Finds - Post them here

Well guys, it was good while it lasted. It has stopped being fun buying ammo online, with Gander's site crashing to a standstill every 8pm and Cabelas stuff flashing in and out like a Mirage. This is getting to be harder work than driving to Walmart and trying my luck over there. The cat's out of the bag as they say, and there's no putting her back in.

I haven't been buying as much as some of you guys, but it was nice to randomly pop in here and get lucky once in a while. That pace suited me fine for my requirements and for the health of my wallet. Now it has become an exercise in futility.

Don't get me wrong, I am absolutely grateful to the guys here who were posting their finds. But it seems like it has spread too far and now it's harder for everyone to buy anything.

I don't think anyone is taking your post from a negative stance (at least I wasn't).

Look at it this way. You're in Vegas playing roulette but the bet is whether you'll score ammo. Odds are still better 'betting' you'll get ammo as the return still favors the better and not the 'house' (although indeed the house wins to). ...and should you not 'score', you still keep your money. WooHoo!

Where I stand to lose though, is with my investment in time. I wonder sometimes how some of you guys are able to be on here as much as you are. Either you're unemployed (and/or independently wealthy), your bosses are easygoing at work, or you are seriously in need of some intervention like a 12 step program lol.

It may not as bad as you think guys...

...it could just be they're putting a limit on cart size - and removing cart session cookies that are refresh hundreds of time via the method we have been using.

In other words, use smaller links...and create new cart links later.

Honest people will do the work, lazy self serving flippers will bail out because they just want a quick buck - not the work that comes with it.

Give Cabela's a break...

This. Anybody not giving Cabela's a standing ovation and preferential business has their head so far up their excrement hole they could tickle their tonsils with their eyebrows. There is exactly one company that is making it possible (whether they intended to or not) for normal people that can't make ammo hunting a full time job to find ammo and beat back the flipper hoards. Gander does some, but they don't hold a candle to the availability that Cabela's has had.

Desk jobs are conducive to poking your head in for 20 seconds every 30 minutes. Helps when your work load is results based as well.

- Not unemployed (I'm the master of my own domain).
- I have a full fridge, roof over my head and if Obama continues to have his way, any wealth I have accumulated throughout my professional life will be distributed to illegal (yes, illegal - not undocumented) aliens (yes, aliens, not workers).
- In need of a 12 step program. Oh, without a doubt.
