I order a lot, but I've never double dipped. I've never had a problem with any order from Cabela's. I think the problems that seem to be arising might be more a result of the double dipping. A policy like that makes sense, because even some retailers (e.g., gunshops) try to order excessive amounts and then resell the ammo with jacked up prices. Cabela's could easily jack up their prices themselves and sell everything they have. The fact that they don't do that indicates that they are more interested in getting reasonably priced ammo to all their customers, and developing new loyal customers along the way. It's actually a smart business strategy in the long run, and I appreciate it. I don't want to get lumped in with the ammo scalpers, or be seen as a greedy hoarder (just a patient one), so I play by Cabela's rules and don't try to "get away" with double dipping. So far it's paid off for me.

Sure is Ugly when GunBot has the cheapest .22 lr at $0.13 per round... when I first started looking $0.08 was the cheapest at any given time on there. Let alone what said $0.08 charged for shipping (Bastards). God Bless whomever figured out the Cabela's Carts.. seriously.. you made every 3rd Monday's Date night cheaper.Keep your Powder DryComment
