How do the Cabela's Visa Classic points accrue? Monthly? I'm not seeing anything accruing so far and I've used it a lot.

Yes monthly, usually a day or so after your new billing cycle. If I remember correctly I didn't get my points when the card was new until the 1st regular billing cycle (2nd month for me) because my first billing wasn't a full month.
