One in four of all my guns are .22's. Handguns and long guns. You can shoot them all day and not break the bank.

Well I did it. Just got back from the range. I only took a couple 22's.
And man it was fun. I can't remember last time I shot this 10/22, let alone only bringing 22's shooting.
It was nice not having to worry about policing my brass. No dirty hands or sore back from picking up brass was sure nice.
I did shoot quite a bit of 308 because I was helping my buddy site in his SOCOM, but I only brought 22.

Most of my 5 shot groups could easily fit under a dime.
      Here's a shot:

It shot surprising well. Almost as good as the Wolf. In fact on one of my 5 shot groups I had one ragged hole. 3 of the shots basically went through one hole and the other 2 shots touching. Smaller than a dime sized group. But most of my groups were tighter with the Wolf. I was shooting at 50 yards outdoors and it was a little windy. But most of my groups with the Aguila were the size of a quarter.

I am! I wanted a 22 auto for some time, but what I read in the proposed bill got me to act. I should be the owner of a 10/22 within the next few days. I wish I could get the stainless laminate, but they just had the plain janes at a low price so I went with that.

Now I need to find extra 10 round mags ...

I got me a very well used 10/22 a few years ago for $60-$70. I like my old MArlin better but my daughter claimed it

I never "got out of" .22's, and enjoy shooting .22 bolt action rifles immensely. I did recently buy a .22 pistol specifically because it's getting pricey to shoot my CF pistols.
Buying a safe and sane firework is like paying a hooker for a hug. I do not see the appeal in it.
