    Mossberg 144 LS-A

    I have a Mossberg 144 LS-A that's in need of a bolt assembly.

I've actually been looking for quite a while so I thought I'd start a new thread on here to see if anyone has come across something.

I've been watching GB for nearly 2 years with no luck.
Also sporadically looking on Gunboards and RFC.

A bolt from any model 140, 142 or 144 will fit.

    Thanks

    diirk,

You might consider contacting Mossberg about getting a part for your rifle. I've hear from other forums that Mossberg is now producting their old rifles/rimfires again so perhaps you can get a new bolt from the factory.

That's a great idea. Will do so. Thanks.

Have you tried Havlin? They specialize in Mossberg. You could email them and ask if they have any sources.

or you could bid on a damaged 144 and salvage the bolt.

yes, I know, that's why I recommended you email them for sources.

I did. The suggested gun broker and Ebay.
I've found a couple of people offering to sell. Working that aspect
