Mini-Mags in 22/45?

I know that Ruger advises not to shoot Mini-Mags in the 10/22 rifle.

What about shooting them through the 22/45 with bull barrel? I found nothing in the manuel. Anyone shoot Mini-Mags through the 22/45?

No, Ruger warns not to use stingers with the 10/22 target and tactical. Your mini-mags are fine in both the 10/22 and 22/45.

Really? MiniMags are usually the most recommended factory ammo.
I would think it warns against Hyper ammo like Marlin warns about

Minimags are what I would only use in my Ruger 22/45 if I could afford to just buy that in bulk.. well at least find it in bulk

I think scootergmc got it. Use 36gr Minimags exclusively in mine without a problem.

I meant Stingers. I suppose I was just too dumb to think about what I was writing!

So, can you shoot Stingers in the 22/45?

Yes, you can shoot them, but why would you want to? There are better loads that won't beat up your gun as quickly. But hey, shoot whatcha got.
