Wqalther P22 Trigger

I have a Walther P22 that I have recently bought and taken to the range just once. This gun has the worst trigger I have ever had in a gun. The trigger must break at the 12 pound mark. Is this something that is normally found in these guns? Anyone else have a heavy trigger on their P22? I know the lawyers are making it tough to get a decent trigger on a firearm these days, but sheesh!

Mine is finally RELIABLE with a decent trigger pull. All it took was a little fluff and buff.
