Need some CCI 22LR 36gr HP High Velocity Ammo?

Just picked up this Ruger SR-22R



Does anyone know where I can get 5000 rnd bulk pk of CCI 36gr HP high velocity? Most places seems to be out of stock. I'm trying to get 10K rnds.

Also, suggestions needed, looking for a scope, something that can take a decent beating, but easy to adjust the elevation and windage dials. I'm a Leupold fan boy, preferably.

I bought a some at bass pro Manteca.
The were out of the mini mags so I had to go 36g HP. They had plenty a couple weeks ago.

One place that has them. For the heck of it I put 20 of the 375round boxes in the shopping cart, total $419 and free shipping for 7500 rounds. I do not buy the .22lr, 36gr so don't know if that is a good price.
