    Kimber M82 Super America

I've just acquired an early model Kimber M82 Super America, I'm looking for some opinions on what people think this rifle is worth.....I will attempt to insert pictures but this is my first post so if it doesn't work i can PM to anyone that has knowledge on this subject.
    Thanks for the help!

Probably one of the best bolt 22 around.

Looks like in great condition... You're probably around the $1500-$1800 range.

Ah yes, the proverbial first or second post asking for a price. When a few come up, then it's "buy the way if anyone is interested PM me" scheme.
      Simply brilliant!
      BTW nice 22 ;-)

One of the all time finest .22 rifles every made. Depending on condition, I can see a collector paying upwards of $2000.00. If that scope is marked Kimber, then add more. Leupold made the original scopes for Kimber, but they were marked with the Kimber name, making the scope itself a collectors item.

Priceless with that history. If you sell it you should be flogged.

This one has never been shot since it left the factory, I don't plan on shooting it....She's sprayed with gun oil and tucked away in the safe next to my other non-shooters

                    OP
                    Fair enough.
If I had your story, I'd care less what it was worth on the open market.
The gun as you described it is worth way more to your family than any other.
KEEP IT, SHOOT IT A LITTLE AND PASS IT ON TO A FAMILY MEMBER, REPEAT.
