    Opinions on price valuation

Hey guys, my buddy has been keeping his 40th anniversary 10/22 in my safe as his wife is rabidly anti. Today he messaged me and asked if I knew anyone who wanted a 10/22 and what a fair asking price would be. I don't know too much about that specific model but it comes with two mags and is in VG+ to E condition. About 300 rounds total. What do you all think is a fair price for me to offer him and what is a fair market (non buddy who was storing my gun) price?

Do some guys even bother to meet the women they marry?

I wouldn't pay more than $200 for a preowned 10/22. The 40th anniversary thing isn't important to me.
