New Dedicated Upper Bolt? (replacing spikes)

So, years ago I built my girlfriend a dedicated .22 AR using the Spikes ST-22 barrel and bolt.

The firing pins for that particular bolt would break after roughly 6-8k rounds so I had a bunch of spares. Well, I'm down to the last pin and I'm finding it pretty hard to find any replacements.

I'd rather not replace the barrel at this time, so I did some research and saw that the CMMG bolt and receiver frame should work fine if I use the spikes collar.

Has anyone else done this, or have any other recommendations?
    Thanks
    B.

Did you contact Spikes about that? Don't they have a lifetime warranty?

I don't think spare parts is covered by the lifetime warranty.
The barrel is fine, the bolt is fine. The pins just wear out, and I don't want to be scrambling for pins since Spikes doesn't make the ST-22 anymore. I'd rather just get a new/supported bolt.

Yes, the CMMG will work with the Spikes collar and barrel.
I've seen a couple that required minimal fitting of the collar to the rail but very seldom the case.
I recommend the stainless CMMG. It's stronger steel, uses less lube and is easier to clean.
