After much internal debate on my next purchase, I decided on a Ruger 10/22 tactical. Just jailed her yesterday! 9 long days until pick up.

Enjoy your new purchase....but make sure you research the parts you buy. There is a lot of junk out there so you have to be careful. I have four and love them all......

You might want to wait on changing out a ton of parts. I would shoot the crap out of it, and then figure out what you want. Unless you have another 10/22 that is stock and you know exactly what you want. After my first "build up" of a 10/22, I have enough spare parts and "crappy/gimmicky" parts to build another 3 or 4 rifles sans the receivers.

Grats on the rifle… I enjoy mine as it came out of the box… Never really wanted to spend money on mods, but I did add a microdot optic to it. It’s a capable shooter as it comes.

Congrats, I have two and dumped atleast $300 in parts into each one already. They can get quite expensive.
