Dam Fin, that's depressing, those are my "go to" guys!
If no luck, Reno Show in Nov, there's two different guys that show up there that have boxes of parts broken to down to manufacturer. I know one of them for sure has old Stevens parts. I'll be there.

Just an after thought, did you "call" Numrich?
Be very nice to the lady on the phone, and sweet talk her into getting one of the parts puller/techs to go look in the bins. Beg and plead, make up a heart breaking story about why you just have to have it. Believe me it works most times.
If you knew the exact dimensions, and thread size, Jim or Steve from Tapaderas might be able to match something up. They'll be at Reno too with a complete screw selection.

Believe it or not, NUMRICH actually has a page for the Stevens 14 1/2, schematic too. They are out of every part except: firing pin, forearm screw and something else(?).

I've been doing business with Numrich for 40yrs.
When that specific parts bin is empty, you will see "out of stock" on their website. If a couple of those parts come in, it's still going to say "out of stock". You can call and they'll still tell you it's "out of stock".
If the part is there, but not in quantity, or no one has the time to put it into inventory on the website, you're going to get the standard answer, "out of stock"! So this is why you do this:
Be very nice to the lady on the phone, and sweet talk her into getting one of the parts puller/techs to go look in the bins. Beg and plead, make up a heart breaking story about why you just have to have it. Believe me it works most times.
If they do check, and they truly don't have one, express your extreme gratitude for them to make the effort to look, and tell them you will check back. In 5-10 working days, check back, remind them who you are, and how much you appreciated them looking last time. Do this like clockwork.
The people taking orders, and the ones that pull the orders have a thankless job. Thank them sincerely, and they remember you, and what you are looking for.
I can't count the number of times that the parts pullers have set stuff aside for me, because they knew I was calling back for it. Try it, it does work! Two times I've got NOS parts still wrapped in the factory packaging, the only one they had, and no one else even had that part, worn out and rusty!
Or you can call Jack First, talk to the pissy attitude people, then pay 5 times what it's worth.
              Good hunting!
