    Ruger 10/22 Browning 1919A6 conversion

    i just won it and its going to be part of a 10/22 conversion. starting on the receiver and butt stock this week

    It looks like a barrel shroud from a Browning M1919 machine gun.

      Its the innards of a transmission oil cooler for a diesel engine. Seriously I have no idea where that would go on a 10/22 but I am waiting to see what you do with it.

            What do I win?

            I bought a 1919 barrel shroud at a gunshow a few years back with a snake belly pattern machined into it to make a AR-15 handguard.I never finished the project.If I can find the handguard I'll post a pic.

            1919A6 parts! Post pictures of your 10/22 conversion when you're done.Should be cool!

              yea i was debating on which 1919 variant i wanted to do and i liked the A6 the best. ill be doing a M2 MA Deuce too after i finish this one.

              im planning to position the 10/22 trigger housing right under the stock. i still need to find the 1919 pistol grip part and flash hider/muzzle brake

              i also have the 10 dummy .50 cal links for this conversion
