    Bushnell Trophy TRS-25 Red Dot

I am think about picking up a few of these for both rifle and pistol.
    Any opinion on this action?
    Do you run with other?

My goal is to make 4 (same make, model and mags) rifles and 4 (same make, model and mags) pistols and put red dots on them. they will be my fun shooter/new shooter carry arounds when i run events.

I like them, especially for the price. I've 1 on a 9mm pistol, 1 on a .223 carbine and one on a .22lr rifle. All of them have held zero.

I have one on my Saiga AK, 5000+Rounds Holds zero all day everyday. Rugged, Great Value.

Although settings 2 and 3 don't work for me since day one, not a big deal since I don't use it that low. I give the Red-Dot 9.5/10

Started with one, and it was a decent RDS, but eventually upgraded to an Aimpoint R-1. Great starting point, though.

It is good to know they can hold zero with higher recoil ammo.

              Thx!

Should be g2g. I have them both on my AKM and both never lose zero.

Have it mounted on my mossberg 500. Great for shooting slugs, holds its zero and has not worked loose. In bright daylight I have to take it up to 10 or 11 power but very easy to use and for $100 dollars a great buy. I plan on buying another for my ruger 10/22.

Have one atop my 22/45. If I didn't already have other RDS and scopes on my other guns, I wouldn't hesitate to get some more.

Reading all the reviews I can find on these and how they compare to PA Micro Dot; MidwayUSA has over 20 reviews and the only person that had trouble with it was when they put it on a large magnum revolver. Reviewers used them on shotguns, rifles (ARs and AKs specified in reviews) and they seemed really well received for the price point. Also on sale for $85 at MidwayUSA.

Everything I've seen about them makes them directly compete with the PA microdots. I went with PA to support a vendor. Plus, they ship dang quick.

I like mine better than my Primary Arms 30mm red dot....its alot brighter. Idk if thats because of the batteries, PA uses (2) LR44's, or the lower amount of brightness settings.

I bought one last night for my new SIG 522, based on the comments in this thread. I've got an EOTech on my AR, and a Burris Fastfire III on my shotgun, so I'm curious to see how this compares.
