Are 25 shot magazines for a Ruger 10/22 legal to own/use in California ?

No they are not. You can get a Trimag and link 3 reg mags together

As long as you had them before the ban, then sure. If you were looking to buy them niw, you can only buy them as rebuilds to use out of state.

I don't think 25 rd mags existed before ban....maybe the butler creek ones but the ruger ones are relatively new item aren't they?

However, in California it is illegal to manufacture, import, keep for sale, offer or expose for sale, give or lend them.
