Anyone here have a winchester model 69A?
I just got one from a friend with a 4x power scope on it, took it to burro for fun, I didn't bring targets for grouping because I didn't think anything of it.
I was shooting 4" clay disk at 100 yard then I got bored and took it out to 200 yards, I don't know much about scopes so I kept shooting and adjust as I go.
Then finally was getting it in the area after a few mags, then it took me 50 rounds to start touching clays. Then probably another 50 rounds to start hitting them, I think my ratio was 3/10 rounds, it's pretty horrible. Are these rifles capable of doing better?
