    welder in la needed

    this is a barrel band from a polish wx 48 22.
    we tried welding.. didnt work. my friend said it was because the metal was no good-- some wird pot metal. tried jb cold weld stuff.. no work.
    so, is there anyone in la area who can help ??
    or make one???
