CZ-USA AND MY MONTH OLD ORDER

placed on 6/14 sent an e-mail two weeks later and learned 1 item a ,10 round mag is backordered. o.k. i can wait a few days for the mag, otherwise send my remaining order.
told them send a 5 round mag and keep the difference.
7 /11 still no reply or shipping notice...
are they holding my order to avoid a shipping charge on the out of stock item?
    i'm getting mildly annoyed

just sent e-mail asking what can i do the get my stuff.

    what's up with these people?

I don't think their accounting or inventory would allow them to ship the 5 round mag to you while keeping the change. My accounting people tell me stuff like that all the time at work. I think it creates havok in their numbers.

What you can do is cancel your current order for the 10 rd mag and place another order for the 5 rd mag.

This is how we did things before Al Gore invented the internet It still works in some cases even better than e-mail.

Haha funny you mention that. It is basically against the law to ship a partial item after paying for multiple ones. As a business owner, and a past AR/AP clerk, they drill that into your head.

        One word. Enron! lol

Anyway, good luck with CZ bud.

Yea...CZ isn't your brick and motor store where you can just tell pops to keep the change. For every inventory change they must have an exact amount associated to the change. Not a penny more, not a penny less. Any deviation can get them in big trouble when they get audited.

Is this for 452/455 series rimfires?

I got a couple 22lr 10 rounders from Exile Machine. My order was placed 2 weeks ago and I received within 4 business days.
