can i order out of state a api m1600 22lr rifle with no problem? it has a 10 rd. mag. its made to look like a m16 so dont know if it is considered a assault weapon and needs to be converted to fixed mag or whatever you call it? new to buying rifles.

You are good to go on that one. Rimfire weapons are not bounded by the assault weapon laws.

Cool so the whole fixed mag/bullet button thing is only centerfire?
