    10/22 takedown with folding stock OK?

    Sorry if it has been asked before. I saw the thread that says a 10/22 with a folding stock is OK in California but what about the new TD? It would be under 26" folded AND taken apart. Is that OK?

      Law states shortest length in fire able condition. Taken down you can not fire the Ruger TD
