Bolt Action Rifle for About $200

I'm looking for a bolt action rifle but I don't have too much money to spend after spending most of my money on an ACOG. I prefer a wood stock but I'm okay with synthetic stocks as long as I can replace it with a wood stock later. This is going to be a practice and plinking gun so I don't need anything super nice (CZ455, Ruger 77/22 are just cover kill)
