Peninsula Guns in San Bruno just called me this morning and said they were in stock and asked if I wanted one put on hold for me. I would've took them up on the offer if I didn't just buy one on grabagun on Friday.
They're still in stock at grabagun btw.

thanks--just ordered one.
for those who already have it...post up some targets and distance it was shot at.
thanksComment

How do you guys handle the internet sales like this. Seems like you really just overpay in the long run don't you? Every store I've seen has outrageous transfer fees (although I understand the idea behind it, but then I can't find a place near me that can get one...it's such a catch-22).Peninsula Guns in San Bruno just called me this morning and said they were in stock and asked if I wanted one put on hold for me. The FFL I use (RMB Enterprises in Milpitas) is the lowest cost one I found in my area. He charge $40+$25 DROS. Grab a gun had it for ~$352 shipped. In the end I paid ~$392 + tax & DROS which is pretty much in line with most local gun shops prices. How do you guys handle the internet sales like this. But like I said before I wouldn't have brought it from grabagun if I knew every shop have it in stock now. I would've rather give my business to the local gun shops.03FFL - NRA Life Member - GOA MemberComment

Damn! I should've just bought mine there-- such a tard. I did a private transfer party for a sale, and totally forgot to ask them when I was at Ammo Bros. Instead I went to Turner's afterwards for the preorder ($379+tax, etc.), and they don't even have an ETA; well, roughly "October" but they didn't say early or late October.

Yeah, I actually put an order for a Ruger SR-22 at Turners, saw the sign about the M&P22 preorder and they were clueless on a date other than "October". Few days later I saw Ammo Bros' post that they would have them by Thursday and went and canceled my order at Turners. Headed over to Ammo Bros and they were already there(Tuesday). Jumped on one right awayDamn! I should've just bought mine there-- such a tard. I did a private transfer party for a sale, and totally forgot to ask them when I was at Ammo Bros. Wait a second, if they did not assign you a serial number yet, you can still get a refund for everything. It does not say so on your invoice, but if you go back in there they will not charge you the cancellation fee. That's what happened to me, I spoke with the manager. If you have a serial for your order already then yeah, you'll lose the deposit. If you do, make sure they are still in stock at Ammo Bros though hehe.Comment

Counter Strike Firearms in Hemet called and said my M&P 22 will be there Tuesday. Of course I just picked up my SR22 yesterday, so I have a couple weeks before I can even DROS it.Originally posted by MunkThis is akin to saying that the silver lining of being raped is, "hey, at least you're getting laid."Comment

Saw one at Field Time's new indoor range in OC for rent... just in case someone wants to spend some time behind the trigger before buying one. Great range btw, definitely worth a visit.
