Single Six Issue

Hi All-
I have a new model single six and have developed an issue. I open the loading gate but the cylinder wont rotate. The cylinder lock tab does move down a bit but not enough to allow the cylinder to consistenly rotate. Let me know if anyone has any sugestions. I am a pretty good smith at this point though this one has be stumped. It almost looks like the gate detent spring might be worn and not pressing down the cylinder latch all of the way.

It could be a weak gate detent spring. I had one that started to do the same as yours I took it apart and adjusted the spring and it was fine after that. Do you have a manual for it?

I do, also brownells has the same exploded view with parts list as well. Did you spread it apart to "adjust it"?
