Need Help !!! Accidently Popped out Ejector :(

    Hey guys,

I've a Remington Viper 522 Model, from about 8-10 yrs back. I used to do an excellent job. Took it out shooting about a month ago, tried firing it...and I was getting a jam every few shots. What I didn't realize was that the ammo was also old, probably damp and corroded from being in a bag, inside the trunk of an old car that I don't drive now.

Anyhow, during my "detailed" cleaning, I popped out the ejector and the little pin that's behind it. It just needs to be popped back in. Does anyone in the bay area know how to do it... I would appreciate the help....

    Thanks!

i'm watching videos on this and it seems to be almost like the Ruger 10/22. spring, detent, and the extractor. do you have all 3 parts? or did one fly?

put the spring in, put the detent in and then hold it down with a small punch as far as you can, install the ejector all the way and release the spring and detent allowing them to put pressure on the extractor.

I think you all are talking about an extractor, not ejector.
