There are several single action lr/mag combo revolvers out there but I haven't seen any double actions revolvers.

Yes there are several double action .22 revolvers (I own a 63 and a 648) but the OP is looking for a double action with 22lr AND .22mag cylinders.

There is no such thing as one 22LR/22WMR DA revolver. I could be wrong - hope I am - so I can buy one.

Ruger and NAA make 22LR/22WMR SA revolvers - Ruger Single Six might cost more, but it'll last all your life and keep a resale value.

This. But it is not on the "not unsafe" CA roster.

Charter Arms does (or maybe did) offer its Pathfinder with 2 cylinders. Here's one on GunBroker:

People don't like to be meddled with. We tell them what to do, what to think, don't run, don't walk. We're in their homes and in their heads and we haven't the right. We're meddlesome.

I don't know what the trigger looks like, but maybe a single action exemption?
