There's a new lever .22 in town. American Rifleman has a write up on it. Looks to compete against the very successful Henry 001. Similar look and features, round barrel, tube fed. Price is around $450.

I’ve had a Henry for quite a while and been very happy with it, just a solid no frills rimfire lever. When I heard about this Winchester I have to admit that my first thought was it’s gonna be a much cheaper made imitation of the Henry. But when I looked into it I was more then a little impressed, billet aluminum receiver, the internals are tool steel no casting, Turkish walnut stocks. Really looks like a great little rimfire lever gun and should be under $400 retail, cheaper then a Henry. Gotta say if I was in the market for a simple lever rimfire I would probably go with this Winchester over the Henry now.Im a warmonger baby, I got blood in my eyes and I'm looking at you.
