How do I attach sling points on the 10/22 Takedown? Is there any other options besides drilling holes?

if you don't want to drill holes, where is always this sling. and for the front, you will need this along with a sling swivel. and that's how you attach a sling to your 10/22 without drilling holes.Last edited by secret.asian.man; 05-13-2012, 9:25 AM.

The problem I have had with those uncle mike sling swivel attachments that hook to the barrel band on the 10/22 is that it loosens the band.Comment

i don't think you put it in the middle of where the band meets, i think you put it on either side of where the band meets and if you are still worried about it coming loose, go to the hardware store find a lock nut in the same size and accompany it with some locktite. if you have some bluing stuff laying around, blue the nut.
