i took my savage 64 and my savage mark 2 FV out for a shoot . i have been using wall mart bulk federal without a problem. even use it in my mossberg tactical 22. i thought i would try some CCI and see if it would give me a tighter pattern. it jammed up in both guns almost every shot. i went back to the federal and everything was fine. before going homer i tried the CCI in the mark 2 and it jammed every shot. ther 64 is brand new. the mark 2 has aboutb500 rounds threw it. i keep my stuff clean.

22 are ammo picky. i like to watch the 2 target shooters and talk to then about their ammo choices.

my savage 64 had this same problem, I took it apart and found that there was some burring where the bolt meet the barrel, filed it clean and now it shoots CCI with no issues.

that might be it. i had to pry the bullet out of the chamber with a pocket screw driver on the new 64 like it was tight in the chamber. the mark 2 ???.
